No Deep Fry Multigrain High Fiber
🧺 Ingredients
  • ¼ cup Sattu flour
  • ¼ cup Jowari flour
  • ¼ cup Ragi flour
  • ¼ cup Water chestnut flour
  • ¼ cup Bajri flour
  • 1 cup Sago flour
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • ½ tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp roasted sesame seeds
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Oil spray (for baking)
👩‍🍳 Method
  1. Sieve and mix all flours in a bowl.
  2. Add salt, spices and sesame seeds.
  3. Mix oil thoroughly into the flour.
  4. Add hot water gradually and knead into soft dough.
  5. Fill dough into chakli maker and shape rounds.
  6. Place chaklis on greased baking tray.
  7. Spray light oil on top.
  8. Bake at 180°C for 45 minutes.
  9. Flip after 15 minutes for even baking.
