🌶️ Masala Ribbon Pakoda
Ingredients
  • ½ cup roasted gram dal (powdered)
  • 2 cups rice flour
  • ½ cup besan
  • Chilli powder, turmeric, hing
  • White sesame seeds
  • Salt, hot oil
Method
  1. Mix all dry ingredients.
  2. Add hot oil, then water to form soft dough.
  3. Press through ribbon mould directly into oil.
  4. Fry on medium flame until crisp.
🧄 Garlic Ribbon Pakoda
Ingredients
  • ½ cup roasted gram dal
  • Garlic, curry leaves
  • 2 cups rice flour
  • ½ cup besan
  • Pepper, hing, black sesame
  • Butter & coconut milk
Method
  1. Grind dal, garlic & curry leaves.
  2. Mix with flours and spices.
  3. Add butter, coconut milk & water.
  4. Press and fry till golden.
